Find a place to serve and belong at Trinity Methodist Church

New-Classroom-6.jpg

Welcome to Trinity Preschool! We are committed to providing the highest quality programming for children 3 to 5 years of age. The heart of our program lies in our desire to see all children and families know and accept the love of Jesus Christ. Our goal is to provide an environment where childhood is honored and families are supported; where nurturing relationships foster children’s confidence; where teachers, materials and activities support children’s learning, and where a sense of community is shared by all.

In addition to learning academics focused on Phonics, Language development, Reading, Writing, and Number skills; Trinity preschool children will also experience and enjoy Music & Motion, Chapel, Playground time, Painting, Art & Craft activities, Science, Stories and Puppetry.

The Chancel Choir rehearses on Wednesdays each week (except in July) from 5:30-7:30pm.
We sing at the 11:00am Traditional Worship Service on Sunday and at other times during the year as requested.
High school and adult singers are welcome to join in and participate!
If interested, please contact Anna Vick for more specific inquiries.

NOTE** Cantata rehearsals start in August and will be Wednesdays @ 7-8pm.

Laundry Ministry

Serving the Phillips Park Ministry & residents of the Homeless Shelter who may not have adequate laundry facilities, our laundry ministry began in the fall of 2015. Since then it has grown to serve 25-30 individuals on a bi-weekly basis. We bring detergent, quarters, and fellowship. This ministry operates from 9am to 12pm on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of the month.
We need your help: donate to the Laundry Ministry Dedicated Fund.

Methodist Women

The Methodist Women is an organization of laywomen.  Members are committed to growing as disciples of Jesus Christ in community with other women and building the lives of people forced into the margins of society. UMW has been in mission with women, children, and youth for more than 140 years.

Sunday Mornings, our children meet in three age groups with our great teachers who have been MinistrySafe trained, and background checked.  Our program involves Music & Worship training and Biblical teaching.   The children rotate into our Music Playroom and rotate back to their classroom for their Bible Lesson with their teacher.  Our Curriculum is “Hey O Bible Stories” and Minno Bible Stories. These are a chronological, Christ-centered Old and New Testament Bible study for children that examines how all Scripture gives testimony to Jesus Christ.

Trinity Kids Sunday School Program is located upstairs.  Parents can drop kids off before Sunday School begins in the game room.

NURSERY - Our Nursery and Preschool is located on the first floor for ages 6 months through 4 yrs of age during all services and Sunday School.

Methodist Men

A MENistry TO MEN
for a ministry THROUGH men

The mission of Methodist Men is to declare the centrality of Christ in every man’s life, to promote the spiritual growth of men through effective discipleship, and to model the servant leadership of Christ in our daily lives.

Every man in The Methodist Church, through Methodist Men, joins 390,000 other such men in a bond of Christian brotherhood. From the time of the founding of our denomination by Wesley, Otterbein, and Asbury, to the present, men have joined together in mission.

When a man accepts Jesus Christ as his Savior and joins The Methodist Church, he has taken the necessary vows for new life. An organized Methodist Men’s unit helps a man live out his vows and commitment through a covenant relationship with other men in the church.

Men of all ages are invited to join Methodist Men, an organization that meets monthly with speakers and for fellowship while enjoying a variety of interesting programs and presentations.

Methodist Men meets on the first Sunday of each month in the Fellowship Hall.
